Proposal and Treatment
My plan is to create a five min film about a married couple and two best friends. The film shows how each character acts to situations that involve putting someone else before them. I will be doing some research on similar films so that I have a certain idea on what to do. After that I will make use of what I learn to experiment with things such as camera angles, to create shots that will impact my film the most.
A mod board and storyboard will be created to help me find the best way to bring my story to life. The mood board will include images that represent the idea, letters and colour palettes, clothing, expressions and environments, and the storyboard will include images that contain each scene, camera angles, characters movements and positions and under it there will be characters dialogue, the duration of the scene and the type of music or sound that will be implemented in.
With this project, I want to show people how, in certain situations, we put our self before people that we love or care about without realising. I am hoping to spread a good message and that people really take it in. Hopefully, everybody will act on it, by making sure that their loved ones or someone that they see in the street is treated equally. The film will be presented as an animation. My drawings or cutouts of magazines will be used to create the animation with the help of the software DragonFrame.
From the 14/02/2019 I will be experimenting with the software and camera to make sure I know how to properly make use of it, I will continue developing the mood board the script and storyboard and by 11/03/19 my storyboard will be check and upload to Turnitin. To make sure that I can achieve the goal of finishing my film I need to have my plan, research, camera and the software that I need. If all the plan and research are done, but nothing is tested there is a risk of the film not looking as expected, when everything is put together.
but when it comes to putting it together the result is not what was expected. To avoid that every plan needs to be tested. I will be responsible for the projects and my role is to make sure that everything is going according to the plan and if not, my job is to find the solutions and put it together. When the project is complete, I will upload it to Turnitin.

Synopsis
I decided to work on the brief six so that I can create my own story. There will be four different characters. A man, woman and two teenagers. The man and woman are married to each other, and the teenagers are childhood friends.The film will be about the I power and how it can change people’s behaviours towards each other. The first thing I will be doing is working on the script to make sure that the message translates well, the mood board, different parts of the characters body and movements and different environments.
The characters in the film will illustrate the narrative. I will look for similar work that was done before for ideas inspirations. I will be experimenting with different camera angles to create shots that will impact my movie the most.
The mood board will allow me to have an idea of what am I going to use to bring my story to life. The board will include things such images that represent the idea, letters and colour palettes. Things such as the narrator’s tone of voice, the music and colours will be used to set the mood even more. After every part of the plan is done, the next step will be making sure the images are where they need to be, matching the music or sound to the right scene and subtitles.
The film was inspired by a poem that I wrote about how peoples behaviours change depending on what they feel is right or wrong.
Between now and week fourteen I will be working on everything that was mentioned, develop it even further, look for inspiration outside the places I already know and show my work to family’s friends or teacher to get feedback that will help me to add or remove things that will improve my work.
StoryBoard
This storyboard contains drawings of the characters, where the scene is taking place and different camera techniques used to achieve a certain look and give direction. I search about different film shots available and then choose the ones that I thought would have the best impact.

To create my characters and scene I used Adobe Illustrator. The main tools I used were Ellipse, rectangle, and curvature. I also used of the reflect tool for the eyes eyebrows, to make sure they are similar.
